Mon Petit Industrial

Fuelling the growing trend for increasingly modern interior design being applied to children's stores, a second-hand toy shop in Andorra, Spain has been industrialised by designer Miquel Merce and the MSB Workshop.

Central to the design is a set of vertical steel fins that run along the walls of the shop, with toys displayed between.

While the Mon Petit space is also used to host meetings and workshops, the tough aesthetic of the design sets a precedent that challenges the norm of colourful and friendly design of children’s stores.
