Burberry Bespoke Trench Service

British heritage brand Burberry has launched a bespoke service for its iconic trench coat, allowing consumers to customise the classic garment. Offering a choice of seven different styles and a myriad of design details, the service is available online. Each customer can virtually experience the garment on the website before the final product is produced and dispatched.

Considered an industry leader in digital marketing and social media, Burberry has devised this latest service to empower customers to participate in the brand's design process. The trench coat is inherent to the ethos of the brand. Creative director and designer Christopher Bailey consistently evolves the piece each season for the designer collection, Burberry Prorsum, as well as offering classic styles as part of the brand’s main collection, Burberry London.

This bespoke service includes seven different styles, of which the basic trench starts at £1,095 ($1,759). Taking the price up to more than £3,000 ($4,821), various modifications include choices of colour, fabric, monogramming, sleeve shape and belt style.
