American food entrepreneur Lawrence Longo has created an app that gives users access to secret food and beverage items that are not listed on the menus of a range of restaurants, cafes and bars across North America.
Off The Menu allows users to uncover items such as a cheese, steak and chip sandwich from US-based fast-casual restaurant Fat Sal's, as well as items from four-star fine-dining restaurants, such as black pepper shrimp with rice from The Ivy in LA.
Websites and apps that ensure individuals are in the know are gaining traction as consumers search for exclusive offerings and experiences that set them apart from the mainstream.
