Compact4All Kitchen Appliances

Another successful collaboration by Dutch designer Jan des Bouvrie and Dutch home appliance company Princess has produced Compact4All – a series of pared-down kitchen appliances, perfect for ever-decreasing living spaces.

The set of four cubes each measure 20 x 20 x 20 cm, and includes a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and juicer. Due to the scale, the capacity of the appliances is limited, making them more suitable for a person living alone or a couple. The kettle can boil 0.5l of water, the coffee machine can make two cups, and the toaster is a standard two-slot model.

The cubes can be placed in a row or stacked to save space, and can be cleverly plugged into one central power outlet when grouped together. Available to purchase individually, the appliances will go on sale at the end of October.
