MIO’s Green Store

Sustainable furniture, homeware and clothing company MIO has opened a colourful store in Philadelphia, US. Offering both a consulting service for brands such as Anthropologie and Target, as well as producing its own products, MIO aims to spread a message of eco-friendliness via everything they do.

The new store sells products previously only available online in a setting similar to that of a gallery. Each item for sale has its own scorecard with ‘eco-stats’ that state, for example, whether the item is recyclable or biodegradable.
