London College of Fashion Opens Shop

London College of Fashion (LCF) is to open a retail pop-up shop in London, stocking designs and creations by alumni from the design university.

College Shop will open on Friday 9 September for three weeks and will stock exclusive one-of-a-kind designs, with prices starting at £20 and rising to more than £400 for luxury pieces. The shop will stock designs by recent emerging alumni as well as more established graduate design talent from the past five years, including William Tempest, Ada Zanditon and Hasan Hejazi.

Designs on offer will include jewellery, clothing and bags, and stock will be rotated daily to offer exposure to as many up-and-coming designers as possible. College Shop will also be selling branded organic cotton canvas tote bags, LCF’s Pigeons and Peacocks magazine, and travel card holders and postcards illustrated by Beatrice Boyle and Noro Kim, which will retail for £5.

Located in Kingly Court, just off Carnaby Street in London, the College Shop will be open from 9-28 September 2011. A special VIP launch event on 8 September will coincide with Vogue’s annual Fashion Night Out shopping and style event.
