Claudia Shapiro

Claudia is responsible for all client- and prospect-facing teams globally. Previously chief strategy officer, she now gets to combine her passion for developing growth strategies for Stylus and its members with delivering them via the commercial and Member Success teams.

She joined Stylus in 2012, prior to which she founded an online media business that she ran for seven years. Claudia is entrepreneurial by nature and loves finding opportunities to unlock potential – for her team, for Stylus, and for members.

She is motivated by the cyclical nature of her role – connecting Stylus’ trends and insights with members’ needs, and seeing their success, in turn, add to Stylus’ own development and ability to support future clients.
