Napoleon, Noah, & Very Angry Birds

Three of the latest theme parks set to open include Napoleonland in France, a Noah’s Ark in Kentucky USA, and Angry Birds in Sarkanniemi, Finland.

The Angry Birds theme park – based on the video game app – will be the first of the three to debut this April. Unlike the popular Chinese version, this outpost has gained legal rights from the Angry Birds app producer, Rovio Entertainment. Napoleonland, situated 40 miles outside Paris, is reportedly set to rival Disneyland Paris, which celebrates its 20-year anniversary this year.

Stepping back even further in time and drawing inspiration from the bible, Australian Christian ministry, Answers in Genesis, has purchased the final land parcel for its 800-acre project, Noah’s Ark. The group has so far raised $5m (£3.1m) of its required $24m (£15.3m) funding.
