Colectivo Felix Cooking Tour


Eco-gastronomic project Colectivo Felix – a not-so-secret restaurant behind closed doors in Buenos Aires – hits the road again to tour the US this summer for its fourth Cooking Tour.

Patrons across the cities of California, New York and Puerto Rico can book this travelling band of culinary troubadours, led by chef Diego Felix, to take over their kitchens and host dinner parties at their houses. 

Colectivo Felix will prepare “pescetarian” four-course meals that draw on indigenous South American flavours, served with Argentine wines – courtesy of Algodon Wine Estates.

The Cooking Tour began in San Francisco on May 25 and will end in Puerto Rico on August 23.
