Plaza Athénée Music Installation

Parisian hotel, the Plaza Athénée, is hosting the Sound Tree music installation, immersing guests in sound.

The Sound Tree was created by sound and audio design company Elipson as part of an Haute Couture speaker project. The sound system has a trunk-shaped base containing the subwoofer and branch like cables that spread to the ceiling.

Created by designers Maurizio Galante and Tal Lancman, the installation was originally unveiled at the International Furniture Fair of Milan in April and will be housed at the Plaza Athénée until the FIAC International Contemporary Art Fair in Paris in October.
