Bespoke Prosthetics


Scott Summit and his orthopedic surgeon partner have set up Bespoke, a studio where they will create prosthetic limbs using 3D printing. The customised limbs cost a tenth of limbs made using traditional methods.

Summit says that he wanted "to create a leg that had a level of humanity. It’s unfortunate that people have had a product that’s such a major part of their lives that was so under-designed.”
