Industrialised Craft

Eindhoven graduate Lucas Mullie has created a conceptual restaurant that embodies the spirit of Eindhoven.

Inspired by the Joris Ivens documentary of the Philips radios in the 1930s, Mullie designed a restaurant that captures Eindhoven’s industrial Philips history.

The Industrialised Craft is a cookery theatre where guests can enjoy the spectacle of food preparation as well as the taste. Mullie offers his guests a behind-the-scenes look at the industrial food production process.
