Kitchen Guerilla

Hamburg-based agency Kitchen Guerilla, founded by Koral Elci and Olaf Deharde, is a mobile kitchen unit that hijacks unusual locations to host off-the-wall catering experiences.

Elci and Deharde have set up shop in ships, construction sites, country guesthouses and even cabooses, in a range of exciting European cities – from Paris to Istanbul. One guerrilla move saw the duo host a street food festival in a gallery space in Istanbul’s Beyoglu district.

Guests are invited to the events via social networks – primarily Facebook. The creative duo document their trips in a stream of small films designed to capture the individual community atmosphere from each city.

Kitchen Guerilla is bringing the convivial culture of great food back into the community, with plenty of idiosyncratic flair.
