Heal’s Jealous Gallery Printing Workshop

UK homeware retailer Heal’s and North London’s Jealous Gallery and Print Studio are offering consumers a rare insight into the artistic process, by giving them the chance to get involved in the creation of a series of exclusive prints.

From January 30 to February 5 2012, Jealous will take over Heal’s London flagship on Tottenham Court Road. It will be split into three live studio spaces, where customers can join a small group of artists using various printmaking techniques, or simply observe the process as it happens.

Both established and up-and-coming print artists will take part, including Amanda Marie, Sara Pope, Andrew Curtis and Cornelia Balte.

While participating in the printing process is free, prices for final prints range from £35 to £600, with 10% of profits going to a London children’s hospital.
