Stephen Webster’s Stylish Windows

Not wanting to let a large window go to waste (it was too high for the effective display of jewellery), staff at jewellery designer Stephen Webster’s Beverly Hills’ store came up with the Stylist of the Month initiative to engage the fashion-conscious residents of Los Angeles.

Each month, a local stylist is invited to design a window display with the brief: “it’s all yours”. The only condition is that any jewellery featured must be from the Stephen Webster collection.

The current display, created by Becks Welch (who has styled many of Hollywood’s elite, including actresses Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren) features a mannequin wearing an elegant black and white dress by designer Zac Posen.

The monochrome outfit is accented with red hair by celebrity hairstylist and make-up artist Pamela Neal. The hair echoes scarlet balloons that seemingly spill from underneath the dress.

The very subtle inclusion of Webster’s jewellery takes the form of a pendant necklace worn as an extravagant monocle.
