Good Adorning Vietnam

L’Usine, Vietnam's first lifestyle store, has opened in downtown Ho Chi Minh City. Housed in a 19th-century French colonial factory building, the vast structure has been transformed into a store, gallery and café.

The building’s former life is echoed in its refurbishment; the multi-functional space now employs a stripped back aesthetic, taking its cues from the industry of the Indochina era of the 1930s.

The brainchild of Paul Norriss and business partner Darren Chew, the store sells fashion and lifestyle products from contemporary global brands such as Trois Filles and Cheap Monday. The bistro-style café and a gallery provide a platform for emerging Vietnamese creative talent.
