Haute Cuisine

In early November 2010, UNESCO declared French cuisine as a ‘world intangible heritage’. To celebrate, the minister of culture will launch a new event open to the public that will coincide with couture fashion week, featuring food design, tabletop design and haute cuisine trends. The programme will be released in March 2011, and the event will take place from July 7-10 2011 at the Jardins du Palais Royal.
