Pierre David: The Human Pantone

French artist Pierre David’s The Human Pantone compiles 40 images of members of the Museum of Modern Art of Bahia staff and student body in chromatic order to create a colour fan of varying skin tones, inspired by the colour standard Pantone.

Commissioned by the museum to create the artwork, David aims to highlight and celebrate the diversity of the institution’s members and visitors through colour.
