Quinoa Fast-Food Restaurant

Eatsa quinoa bowls

Healthy fast-food establishment Eatsa has recently opened in San Francisco, offering quinoa-based dishes in a server-less setting.

Meals include the Burrito Bowl, containing quinoa, guacamole, salsa fresca, asada portabello mushrooms, grilled corn, tortilla chips and pinto beans; and the Bento Bowl, which includes stir-fry quinoa, edamame, crispy wonton strips, teriyaki sauce, miso portabello and apple-cabbage slaw. All bowls are priced at $6.95.

Emphasis is placed on quick service – customers simply order their bowl on an in-store iPad before it appears ready-made in an individual cubby that digitally displays their name and order number, cutting down on waiting times.
