Liberty Loves Fashion Week

To celebrate London Fashion Week, London department store Liberty has created a series of special window displays.

Championing the fresh influx of young talent for which London is renowned, the store has constructed an installation of neon lights across which scroll the names of designers including Christopher Kane, Peter Pilotto, Richard Nicholl and Michael van der Ham.

An additional window has been designed in collaboration with style publication Love Magazine and designer Alexander Wang – a pairing which also held a party at the store last night – and features hoards of fly-posted covers of the magazines recent Androgyny issue as a backdrop to Wang's new collection.

In-store a tent has been erected in the international womenswear department showcasing a selection of Alexander Wang garments and accessories not usually available in Liberty.

Look out for our upcoming report featuring London Fashion Week windows from other stores in London.
