Isabel Marant x H&M

The next designer collaboration with Swedish high-street chain H&M has been confirmed as French designer Isabel Marant, who will be creating a line for the store that’s set to debut in November 2013.

H&M has previously partnered with big-name luxury labels such as Versace, Marni, Maison Martin Margiela and Jimmy Choo for its hugely successful and much-hyped designer collections. Marant’s relaxed, bohemian breed of Parisian dressing has mass appeal and a loyal, cult following. This promises to be one of H&M’s most anticipated and successful collaborations yet, with users across both Twitter and Instagram drumming up excitement already this morning.

Marant has described feeling proud to have been asked to do the collection, while H&M is quoted as being “excited to have Isabel Marant as a guest designer”.

A short promotional video for the guest designer collection has been released by H&M, in which Marant talks about her inspirations and her enthusiasm for the collaboration. Watch it below.
