Meadow Pop-up: The New General Store

In July 2010, The New General Store staged a pop-up retail gathering in a meadow outside the Wolfman-Gold residence in Watermill, N.Y.

The project was a rural continuum of its city mission to bring together local artisans, farmers, and business people in unconventional spaces – creating memorable pop-up shops that encourage the joy of commerce, community and conversation.

Next up will be a holiday market, which The New General Store is hoping to do somewhere in New York City. Sign up at thenewgeneralstore.com to be notified of the details.
