Louis Vuitton: Paris Fashion Week A/W 2011-12

Showing his new collection for Louis Vuitton in Paris yesterday, designer Marc Jacobs clearly had fetishism on his mind.

He showcased a kinky extravaganza of skin-tight uniforms, porter hats and thigh-high stockings, with supermodels Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell strutting their stuff to boot.

Appearing from four elevators, each manned by a porter, models adorned in French-maids dresses, crystal handcuffs, crimson bellboy jackets and transparent flasher macs left little to the imagination.

Transparent panelled pencil skirts (similar to those at Givenchy) and wide black cinched obi belts signalled a highly sexualised take on classic pieces for the season ahead. Even the checked overcoats were sexed up to the hilt, with Peter Pan collars adding a subversively appealing innocence.

Progressing from his eponymous autumn/winter collection – where models sported spotted rubber tights – the material again played a leading role, with platform dominatrix wellington boots in green, black and red.

To cap it all, the designer himself wore a latex T-shirt underneath his button-down shirt.
