The Balfron Project

The Balfron Project is a large-scale photographic event being staged at Erno Goldfinger's Grade II listed Balfron Tower in London’s Tower Hamlets.

Residents of the Tower are participating by choosing how they wish to represent themselves in the images shot on a large format still camera.

These are then printed onto mural size photographs and, along with documentary footage and archives, will represent how the iconic 1960’s Brutalist building connects to today’s inhabitants.
